How it works
At Black Durian our HR Company, we make sure that finding qualified and talented candidates is easy! That’s why we have created a comprehensive service that helps you find candidates for your specific needs with 4 simple steps:
1. Contact us: Send us an email or contact us on Whatsapp and let us know what you are looking for – if you have a job description, it’s helpful but not essential. We also need to know your budget.
2. Applicant selection: Once we receive all the information, we get started straight away by searching for suitable candidates who meet the criteria you provided us.
3. Interviews: We then interview each of the applicants to check their suitability for the role and to make sure they are a good fit for your company culture.
4. Final selection: From this initial screening process, we will prepare a detailed file containing information about each applicant such as their salary expectations, type of profile, skills, how long it is expected they would stay in the role if chosen and why they left their last position.
Plus, depending on their suitability for the position, we will provide our own salary estimation for each candidate so you can make a final decision based on the information provided. Only those who successfully pass through this first filter page will be presented to you!
